Dana Corriveau, Ph.D., ACC
I’ve spent my career in education with experience teaching in classrooms, shaping policy at the state level, and leading systems at the district level. Along the way, I’ve seen firsthand how complex and demanding leadership can be, and how deeply personal the journey toward and withing leadership really is. That understanding fuels everything I do as an executive coach.
My work is grounded in a deep understanding of how educational systems function and how the people within them can lead with purpose and balance. When I earned my Ph.D. in 2021, I focused my research on how central office leaders use systems thinking to guide their decisions. That work gave me a unique lens into how leadership mindsets and system-level choices ripple through schools, influencing culture, coherence, and impact.
Today, I help educational leaders navigate their individual challenges and uncover what leadership looks like for them. My coaching is deeply personalized. It meets each leader where they are and supports the growth they’re ready for. By blending evidence-based strategies with empathy and high expectations, I help leaders turn complexity into clarity and lead with confidence, purpose, and heart.
