Dana Corriveau, Ph.D., ACC
I’ve spent my 20+ year career in education with experience teaching in classrooms, shaping policy at the state level, and leading systems at the district level. Along the way, I’ve seen firsthand how complex and demanding leadership can be. I've also seen the (positive and negative) impact leaders have on those they serve, including other district leaders, teachers, support staff, communities, parents, and students. That understanding fuels everything I do as an executive coach. My work is grounded in a deep understanding of how educational systems function and how the people within them can lead with purpose and balance. This includes Superintendents, Curriculum and Instruction leaders, Special Education leaders, and Finance Office leaders. ​ Today, I help current and aspiring educational leaders navigate their individual challenges and uncover what leadership looks like for them. My coaching is deeply personalized. It meets each leader where they are and supports the growth they’re ready for. By blending evidence-based strategies with empathy and high expectations, I help leaders turn complexity into clarity and lead with confidence, purpose, and heart.
